1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment and written confirmation from Surya Kunj management.

2. Payment Terms

• Advance payment is mandatory to block dates.
• Balance payment must be cleared as per the agreed schedule before the event date.

3. Event Timings

Events must strictly adhere to the agreed time slots. Any extension is subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Damage & Liability

Any damage to property, infrastructure, rooms, or equipment caused by guests, vendors, or decorators will be charged to the client

5. Vendor Policy

Outside vendors (decorators, DJs, caterers, etc.) are allowed only with prior approval and must comply with property rules.

6. Noise & Legal Compliance

All events must comply with local laws, sound regulations, and government permissions. Surya Kunj will not be responsible for violations.

7. Force Majeure

The management shall not be held liable for cancellations or disruptions due to circumstances beyond control such as natural calamities, government restrictions, or emergencies.

8. Management Rights

Surya Kunj reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any activity that may disturb guests, damage property, or violate rules.
